Revolution, Evolution, Imposition? Thinking, Framing and Doing Digital Geographies

Whether framed as a “digital revolution”, an evolutionary change, or an imposition – digital technologies are shaping our world, and the way geographers live, research and teach within it. Join us as we explore the emergent contours of digital geographies, bringing together those working in all the subdisciplines of geography and beyond. A day of conceptualising and discussing the digital, mapping emergent research themes, networking and building community.

Digital Shorts Information (Deadline: 2nd June 2017)

In order to offer a breadth of research within 'digital geographies', each individual can present a topic of their choice. These will be between 1-2 minutes according to the volume of individuals who wish to present a digital short. If you wish to present, when booking your ticket please indicate on the form whether you wish to do so and what your provisional title will be. Closer to the time further details on sending in your digital short shall be sent to your email provided on your booking.
