Dear Ela, good morning. I'm a doctoral student in Social Anthropology here in Brazil (working with ritual and indigenous language revitalization), but I have some experience with religion, specially Chinese Buddhism from my previous researches. That is to say that I'm very glad to hear about your idea and need, because I really think religion (as we understand it through Anthropology and/or live it through inter-religious dialogues) should be presented to the children as a wide social phenomenon besides its usual faith-based explanations. If you engage in this work, let me know; I would love to join you to help writing this piece. All the best, um abraço -- Leandro Durazzo 普道 Programa de Pós-Graduação em Antropologia Social - UFRN 南無阿弥陀佛 南無地藏王菩薩 ************************************************************* * Anthropology-Matters Mailing List * http://www.anthropologymatters.com * * A postgraduate project comprising online journal, * * online discussions, teaching and research resources * * and international contacts directory. * * To join this list or to look at the archived previous * * messages visit: * * http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/Anthropology-Matters.HTML * * If you have ALREADY subscribed: to send a message to all * * those currently subscribed to the list, just send mail to: * * [log in to unmask] * * * * Enjoyed the mailing list?
