Dear Jessica
Thank you!
Can you confirm that the dietary requirement form needs to be sent in on 15th May, rather than April?
Best wishes
Matthew

With apologies for cross posting

Dear all,

We are delighted to share an invitation to the first meeting of a new LGBT+ staff Network of Networks – a one day free event kindly hosted by the LSE on 30 May 2017.  Please share with any colleagues in your staff LGBT+ network (or similar), or colleagues with responsibility for supporting such networks and see below for further details:

Date: Tuesday 30 May 2017

Time: From 10.30am. Tea/coffee available on arrival, and lunchtime refreshments will be provided. Dietary requirements can be requested in the booking form, but must be submitted by  April  15 in accordance with the local catering policy.

Venue: Graham Wallas Room, 5th floor, Old Building, London School of Economics and Political Science, London

Map: http://www.lse.ac.uk/mapsAndDirections/home.aspx and accessibility map at http://www.lse.ac.uk/mapsAndDirections/AccessibilityMap.pdf (the Old Building is tagged OLD, on Houghton Street).

Accessibility information: There will be an opportunity in the booking form to let us know of any accessibility needs which we will endeavour to meet in discussion with the venue wherever possible. If you would like any assistance using our booking form, please contact ECU which is providing interim secretarial support for the NoN.

Booking: Places are limited and so booking is essential and places can be requested via the ECU website here http://www.ecu.ac.uk/lgbt-network-of-networks-non/.  To ensure the participation of a wide range of institutions, we are limiting places to a maximum of 2 individuals per institution. It is expected that at least one of these will be an officer (or similar) in their staff network, but members of the institutional equality and diversity teams or other diversity champions and LGBT+ allies with responsibility for supporting their local staff network (or who are seeking to establish one) are also welcome to attend.
