Prentisiaethau Creadigol yng Nghymru: Digwyddiad i gyflogwyr a cynghorwyr gyrfaoedd - 05/04/2017

A oes gennych chi gwestiynau am brentisiaethau? A ydych chi’n awyddus i gyflogi unigolyn ifanc ond bod gennych chi ormod o gwestiynau ac yn ansicr lle i ddechrau arni?

Pleser yw eich gwahodd i fynychu ‘Prentisiaethau Creadigol yng Nghymru: Digwyddiad i gyflogwyr a cynghorwyr gyrfaoedd’, a gynhelir yn y  Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru, Plas Bute, Bae Caerdydd, CF10 5AL o 11am -2pm.

Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn eich galluogi i gael cipolwg unigryw ar Ganolfan Mileniwm Cymru gyda thaith y tu ôl i’r llenni.

Bydd y digwyddiad galw heibio hwn yn ateb cwestiynau cyflogwyr am brentisiaethau ac yn egluro’r cwestiynau cyffredin hynny sydd gan gyflogwyr, ynglŷn â thaliadau, cyflogaeth a dod o hyd i’r fframwaith cywir.

Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn croesawu nifer o stondinau gan gyflogwyr, a fydd ar gael i drafod eu profiadau o gyflogi prentis gyda chi. Mae’r stondinau hyn yn cynnwys Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru, Opera Cenedlaethol Cymru a Motorpoint Arena. Bydd y stondinau gwybodaeth yn rhoi cymorth i chi hefyd ddeall rhagor am y camau angenrheidiol i fedru cyflogi unigolyn ifanc fel prentis.
 
Cynhelir trafodaethau panel drwy gydol y digwyddiad a gall mynychwyr ymuno i mewn yn unrhyw un o’r sesiynau hyn.

Creative Apprenticeships in Wales: An event for employers and careers advisers – 05/04/2017

Do you have questions about apprenticeships?  Are you keen to employ a young person but have too many questions to know where to start?

We are pleased to invite you to attend ‘Creative Apprenticeships in Wales: An event for employers and careers advisers’, which is taking place in the Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff Bay CF10 5AL  from 11am -2pm.

The event will allow you to have a unique insight into the Wales Millennium Centre with a behind the scenes tour.

This drop-in event will answer employers' questions about apprenticeships and will clarify those frequently asked questions which employers have, in areas such as payments, employment and finding the right framework.

The event will host a number of employer stands, who will be available to discuss their experience of employing and apprentice with you.  Employer stands include Wales Millennium Centre, Welsh National Opera and Motorpoint Arena.  Information stands will also help you to understand more about the steps required to employ a young person as an apprentice.

Panel discussions will take place throughout the event, and delegates can join any of these sessions.
