I can highly recommend having a look at TAGS (Twitter Archiving Google Sheets) https://tags.hawksey.info/ a free tool developed by Martin Hawksey https://mashe.hawksey.info/. TAGS is simple to set up and can be used to archive and visualise tweets around a specific hashtag.
