Dear colleagues

We are delighted to announce that booking for this year’s CoLRiC events is now open. The events in London and Huddersfield are all about digital literacy: supporting teaching and learning with digital literacies, digital literacy skills and transition, technology enhanced learning, and one college's digital literacies initiative. Deborah Kellsey Millar, Director for Digital Learning & IT Services, Salford City College will describe creating a digital culture and learning wheels; at both events colleagues from JISC will talk about JISC restructure and support for colleges and the digital skills audit.

The events are being held at Friends House, Euston, London (Friday 19th May) and Kirklees College, Huddersfield (Friday 16th June). Each event will run from 10.00 – 3.30 pm, allowing time for networking. The cost, including lunch, is being held at £75 for members and £95 for non-members.

Booking forms and further details are available on the CoLRiC website at: http://www.colric.org.uk/events.php.

CoLRiC is an independent organisation working with library and learning resources centre managers in further education and sixth form colleges to enhance and maintain excellence in their services. See the CoLRiC website for further details at http://www.colric.org.uk.
