previous experience of working in a customer focused environment and providing support and guidance is essential.
About the Role
Aintree Library provides services to two NHS Trusts and staff and students form Edge
Hill University on the Aintree hospital site. The role will support all users and will involve developing collections and customer service excellence.
While you will normally be based at Aintree, you may be asked to work at any Learning
Services site and will be required to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings if required.
