Can't log in to check for accounts waiting to be verified. Anyone else with problems?

Is anyone else getting” cannot login from this location” when trying to access Athens admin. I suspect our IT dept have altered something but before I get involved in yet another battle with them I’d like to be sure it’s not something else.
