Hi,

first run dtifit using —save_tensor. Then use the tensors you have calculated and generate „perfect“ data by supplying your tensor model to dtigen.
To get the residuals, if I am not mistaken, generate the the difference with the original data.
Cheers,
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] diffusion tensor residual map

Could someone please tell me how to create a diffusion tensor residual map using commands in FSL?

Thank you!
Mahmoud
