Hello,
I have followed FSL VBM running instructions and have reached the stage of running fslvbm_2_template -n.
At this point, for each structural subName.nii.gz I am getting the following added files under struc/:
subName_struc_brain_mixeltype.nii.gz
subName_struc_brain_pve_0.nii.gz
subName_tp1_struc_brain_pve_2.nii.gz
subName_tp1_struc_brain_pveseg.nii.gz
subName_tp1_struc_brain_seg.nii.gz
subName_tp1_struc_GM.nii.gz
subName_tp1_struc_GM_to_T_init_warp.msf
subName_tp1_struc_GM_to_T.mat
subName_tp1_struc_GM_to_T.nii.gz
However, these are a few core files and no template_GM file.
Error message is:
Cannot open volume dana_c001_tp1_brain_struc_GM_to_T_init for reading!
Cannot open volume template_4D_GM for reading!
ERROR: Could not open file
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslswapdim: line 107: [: =: unary operator expected
ERROR: Could not open file
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslswapdim: line 115: [: -gt: unary operator expected
ERROR: Could not open file
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslswapdim: line 117: [: -gt: unary operator expected
Cannot open volume template_GM for reading!
Cannot open volume template_GM for reading!
