Dear FSL expert,

I am thinking if there is registration residuals  around ventricles, may I segment b0 image to exclude ventricles on b0. So that, I am able to extract mean value of free water from white matter masks which is slightly overlapping with the frontal horn of ventricles? I wonder if this procedure is illegitimate? Any suggestions are appreciated!!!
