Hi,

It depends on the resolution and tissue contrast in your b=0 (nodif) images.  If they are sufficiently good then FAST may well do a good job.  Alternatively, running this on a T1-weighted image from the same session and then taking the estimated bias field from that, transforming it into the space of your diffusion images (by registration) and applying that might do a good job.
