Hi all,
I'm preparing a presentation on Intention to Treat and was wondering if anyone had the reference of the "famous" study on radical prostatectomy vs. radiation therapy for prostate cancer in which the surgeons put surgical patients with inoperable cancer in the radiation group after randomization. They obviously found that the surgical treatment was much better, but when the study was analyzed using ITT, the results were the same in the two groups.
Thanks much
Dan
