Nicola,
Thanks for the clarification.
That being said, it really would be very useful for everybody to get some feedback on how these first SQP/NQMS reviews have performed and what improvements to submission quality have been secured as a result. Can you say which LPAs are involved in these cases? and are you able to say how many LPAs are now signed up to the scheme?
Cheers David

Dear David
Further to your post, just because the SQP has declaration numbers against their name it does not mean that the declaration has been finalised and submitted to support a planning application yet to a LA. It means that a declaration has been purchased from the website and allows the LA to cross check the number to the SQP. Once purchased the SQP is able to edit the form and add information before submitting as final.
The details of the declaration process are on the website www.claire.co.uk/nqms

I see from CLA:ire's webpages http://www.claire.co.uk/projects-and-initiatives/nqms- that two SQPs (Roger Clark and Celia Pendlebury) have both made declarations under the NQMS process.sqp-register
As these are "first cab off the rank" wonder whether anybody can offer any feedback of the NQMS review and declaration experience, either from the client, consultant. SQP or LPA/CLO perspective? Has the submission quality been improved?
Are the review/declarations available to view?
I am still unclear how many LPAs have signed up to the scheme? Is this information available?
Best wishes, David
