Dear Joshua,

We bought our GPU computer from Thinkmate for about USD $11,000 half a year ago. Below is the configuration. The only part we added afterwards was the 750 GB SATA SSD.

• Intel C612 Chipset - Dual 1-Gigabit Ethernet - 4U/Tower GPU Server - 2000W Redundant Power Supply
• 2 x Ten-Core Intel Xeon Processor E5-2630 v4 2.20GHz 25MB Cache (85W)
• 8 x 32GB PC4-19200 2400MHz DDR4 ECC Registered DIMM
• 180GB Intel SSD DC S3100 Series 2.5" SATA 6.0Gb/s Solid State Drive
• Crucial MX300 750GB SATA 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive - CT750MX300SSD1
• LG 24x Super Multi DVD+/-RW with M-DISC (SATA)
• 4 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X Pascal 12GB GDDR5X (1xDVI, 1xHDMI, 3xDP)

We have updated the Youtube video<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdKO1iaPP8o> so the configuration of the computer used is now in the description. Hope this helps, and feel free to ask if you need any clarification. Thank you.

Warmest Regards,
Yong Zi Tan

Subject: [ccpem] Question Regarding SEMC Lecture Compute Node

Hi CCPEM

Could someone please share the Configuration of the computer used at the SEMC(NYSBC) for Dr Scheres talk at the SEMC . We are looking to build a very similar configuration with the 4 Titan X Pascal Cards . I am particularly Interested in the 40 Xeon Cores specification and how this station runs in terms of cooling.

Any inputs would really be helpful

Sincerely
Joshua Lobo
