Hi all

 

Here at Bucks we have achieved a good gender balance on our board of governors but we are now trying to attract more BME individuals. We are ensuring that our adverts say we would welcome applications from those groups, but we are still finding it difficult to attract individuals other than through word of mouth approaches.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions for organisations they have used for advertising similar positions in?
