Dear all, I would like to create a binary mask of an activation map (at p = 0.05) from a computed contrast but I don't really know how to create it: 1) Saving an activation map as a "all clusters binary" image at a p = 0.05 threshold 2) Using the I1>0.05 function in ImCalc with the con_0001.nii file as an input? (I don't really understand the differences between these two processes...?) 3) Any of these two process... Regards, Alexandre
