Hi everyone, I've run Coregistration: Estimate on some structural data in SPM (using the functional scans as reference) before performing segmentation since I would like to use the FSL function fslmaths for further preprocessing of the functional data. But when I try to use the structural and functional scans together using fslmaths it aborts the function with the following error message: "*WARNING:: Inconsistent orientations for individual images in pipeline!"* Does this mean that I have to run both estimate and reslice doing coregistration to be able to run it together? Or is there a way to just run estimate since I'm not very fond of reducing the number of pixels in the stuctural scans? Thanks a lot, Eric
