Job Title: Primary Masterclass Coordinator
Accountable to: Masterclass Programme Manager (Clothworker’s Fellow in Mathematics)
Location: 21 Albemarle Street, London
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Salary: £31,160 per annum (increasing to £32,410 pa on passing probation)
The Primary Masterclass Coordinator has responsibility for coordinating the Primary Masterclass network run both at the Ri and across the UK. This includes managing and supporting local organisers and speakers, whilst also assisting with mathematics events for the Ri’s Science for Schools and Public programmes. The role would suit someone who is excited about bringing STEM alive for young people, with a particular focus on mathematics. With some experience of STEM engagement, they will be able to share their enthusiasm for mathematics with a variety of stakeholders, including volunteers, teachers and of course young people, by working with a range of volunteers to help them share their mathematical experiences with the talented young mathematicians of the future.
