Can anyone suggest a website that includes an interesting interactive tour of the inside of a building and that doesn’t require and additional downloadable components to function?

Criteria…

I’m looking for a website, not an app

It should have a tour of the inside of a building

The tour should have some location-specific content for users who are inside the building

The tour should also have value for users who are not at inside the building

The tour should not rely on GPS or downloadable components to provide the location services
