Dear all, Are there any authorities in the UK that operate a scheme where a library card can be used to gain a discount in other local cultural venues, e.g. theatres, art galleries, etc. Southwark are considering introducing something along these lines and calling it the ‘Culture Card.’ If anyone has been involved in a similar scheme and is willing to have a quick conversation about it, it would be very helpful indeed.
