They can be hired for pop up cinema events around the country. Manchester Victoria Baths have used them for cinema screenings so you could ask them for some insights (they are a heritage organisation - http://www.victoriabaths.org.uk). There are some photos of the pop up cinema on the Victoria Baths Facebook site: https://www.facebook.com/VictoriaBaths.

We are considering screening a film at our venue as part of a series of community events during the summer, can anyone offer any advice about the kind of things we need to consider if we are going to do it? Ideally we would like to do it outdoors as we have fantastic gardens but I am worried about the costs of equipment hire, would there be any companies that people recommend or any ways to keep costs relatively low?
