Hi VM,

If there are multiple modalities (multiple input files), should use -corrmod then.

All the best,

Thanks,Anderson. Do I have to invoke corrmod and create different csv file for FA and volume or just 1 csv file ran with corrcon should suffice?

Hi VM,

The option -saveglm saves the betas (actually the COPEs), their variance (VARCOPEs) and Cohen's d for each of the partial tests (here volume and FA separately). There is no beta for NPC, nor effect size.

All the best,

Anderson

Hi.

I ran PALM with combination of subcortical volumes and mean FA of some white matter tracts in csv format and tested the association of each of these volumes and FA with a clinical measure. The results came out to be significant for a few volumes and I want to know the beta value so that I could report. Also, I want to report the effect size of the association . How can I get them from palm?

Thanks
