Dear FSL experts, I am trying to use FLICA on VBM, TBSS and fMRI data. The programme seems to be working well until I attempt to generate the html report. Whenever I try to make this report the command fails at the render_lightbox.sh step. Specifically, the error reads "line 98: convert: command not found". Is the command convert from another package that I need to download? In stead of convert could I use imread/imwrite commands? Any help is much appriciated. Kind regards, Isaac
