Dear FSL experts,
I was wondering whether anyone has any advice about the possibility of analysing stroke DTI
data using TBSS and randomise. We are interested in measuring the changes in FA after a brain stimulation intervention, in a paired dependent sample ( I mean same subjects in different moments : before stimulation and after stimulation ) but also comparing different and independent groups using TBSS.
I want to see the effect of stimulation in FA considering different time-points ( pre-stimulation and post-stimulation point) and between the sham and active group.
I have two groups ( sham-group and active-group) and each group is very heterogenous considering that stroke lesions occur in
different anatomical locations, size etc.
Is it possible to analyse changes in FA after stimulation in the same paired-group ( same subjects before and after intervention) using randomise and also comparing different independent groups ?
If so any advice regarding generation of design and contrast files would be much appreciated.
Thank you for your attention,
