I ran PALM with combination of subcortical volumes and mean FA of some white matter tracts in csv format and tested the association of each of these volumes and FA with a clinical measure. The results came out to be significant for a few volumes and I want to know the beta value so that I could report. Also, I want to report the effect size of the association . How can I get them from palm?
