Hello FSL experts,
My lab has just set up our own little cluster which utilizes CUDA. I just completed one subject's bedpostX_gpu in 6.5 minutes, which is truly incredible, so thank you all for that.
I would like to use probtrackx_gpu and I hear that there is a beta version floating around that some users have tried. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to obtain the code to use it. If it is not meant to be posted publicly, my email address is [log in to unmask]
