Hello FSL experts,

I am trying to look at grey matter networks in 2 groups, controls and patients. Then, I want to determine whether the networks are in spatially distinct locations, and perform correlations with clinical data.

Can I use the MELODIC toolkit for this purpose? From the FSL website it looks like it is meant for fMRI data? Any advice on the workflow is greatly appreciated.
