If the question is whether design and contrasts are correct, then the answer is that design seems right (not everything is shown though), and the t-tests seem also correct. For the F-test, perhaps more interesting than whether there is "any" value larger than zero across the 4 groups is whether there is "any difference" between the 4 groups. For this you'd create an F-test that uses your C1, C2 and C3 only.
