I'm fairly new to FSL, so I apologize if this question has a relatively simple answer.

I've completed a group level analyses for an fMRI task and found that an area of interest is significant. How would I extract subject level data for my contrast of interest (averaged across runs) from this area to examine the distribution of BOLD values in another program (like R)?
