Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help with a within-subjects ANOVA with two within subjects factors.
The FEAT manual stops at mixed designs and doesn't seem to offer advice for carrying out an ANOVA with two within subjects variables, each with two levels. Previously when I have had an ANOVA with a single within subjects variable, I added the lower level FEATs in the same subject order twice and model the individual means for each level to control for this, as per the FEAT manual.

Should I just now do this for the four variables? (e.g. below 4 subjects, 2 within subject factors, arranged in order of Task 1 active, Task 1 sham, then Task two active, task two sham). I tried to run this with contrasts and F tests comparing the conditions but I got a warning saying at least one EV is a linear combination of the others.

Any help very much appreciated!
