Hi,
I am having some problems downloading FSL on a new Mac:
macOS Sierra version 10.12.1
I am using a tcsh shell with the following in my .cshrc text file:
# FSL Setup
setenv FSLDIR /usr/local/fsl
source ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.csh
setenv PATH ${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
I have downloaded a new version of XQuartz and restarted the computer.
When I type bet, fslmaths etc there is no problem. I can also type fsl and get the GUI. However when I try to go into FSLview and open an image, the mouse does not register (it's frozen on this box (attached) and I cannot highlight anywhere else).
Has anyone else had this problem/or know how to fix it?
