Good morning. Thank you so much for clear answe. Now I want to load the( Z statistic?) results to Matlab to compare the ROI of two groups. Which results of th Feat I should use? Looking forward to your help so much! Thanks a lot in advance.

The value of the COPE is neither t or z. It is the slope of the regression line, i.e., the "beta". The meaning depend on the type of data. For FMRI, this value isn't usually interpretable directly but it can be converted to a percentage signal change.

Then I gunzip the merged 4D image in the matlab and try to induce the value of ROI in every subject. (1)Does the process look normal? (2) the value of ROI through this way is Z value or t value?
