Dear fsl expert, 

 
 

When I run my dwidata with eddy, and I use the default settings as seen on http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/lectures/practicals/fdt1/#topup,  I am able to run eddy. Howevere, if I try to run with 

--resamp=lsr --flm=quadratic eddy crash with this message " 

eddy: msg=These data do not support least-squares resampling" .

 
 

I have one final question should I extract the AP b0 from the main DTi sequence or should I use  a separate AP b0 sequence.
