I have clients who use it. I commend it. It is secure. Once redaction is applied, it can't be undone from the output file. A two stage redaction process - Mark > Delete - allows verification. Marking/deletion can be by swiping the cursor to select text, images etc, or drawing rectangular boxes. Redaction colours can be chosen to show where material has been removed, light gray uses less toner/ink on printing, so is user and environment friendly. Initials/codes can be used to identify (internally) redactors. Output pages can be automatically numbered and watermarks (e.g., "Copy for supply") applied to reduce the chance of the wrong file being sent. Very powerful. Some automation is possible.
