Hi Sjors and others,

I have been using 2.0.1-OpenBeta for 3D classification and auto-refine successfully. Now I am try to test different sub-frames to get the best result. However, I could not do the continuation run from the final iteration of the 3D auto-refine. In the GUI, the "Continue from here" is greyed out in both 3D classification and 3D auto-refine. There seems no such option in command line either. How can I perform the continuation from certain iteration?
