On Wed 22nd February at 1600hrs GMT, the Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) is holding a webinar entitled "Visualising protein structures online." This webinar introduces LiteMol, a new online macromolecular structure viewer at PDBe. LiteMol allows you to easily view PDB and EMDB data in your web browser. This includes EDS electron density maps from PDBe (1) and EM electronic potential maps and even works on mobile devices. This webinar will also introduce you to how LiteMol shows annotation (validation / assemblies / domains) directly on the structure.
