Dear Colleagues, I am looking to introduce the CKD-EPI equation in place of our MDRD eGFR. We are Roche Cobas users and use Roche cITm in combination with APEX. We think it may be better to introduce these formulae on cITm? but would be interested to hear from anyone who has dealt with this already and perhaps had this debate themselves?
