Dear Dr. Gaser, I applied TFCE toolbox for SPM12 on second-level result images (i.e., gray matter volume and cortical thickness data generated from CAT12) and found that the voxel thresholds (in combined peak-cluster-level column on statistics table from SPM) differed between VBM data and surface data: p<0.001 uncorrected for VBM data and p<0.05 uncorrected for surface data. I wonder how to apply the same voxel threshold values for both VBM and surface data. Best, Wi Hoon
