Hello everyone, Is it a good idea to include the 6 movement regressors in a PPI GLM in addition to three classical regressors (PPI.pii, PPI.Y, PPI.P) ? The purpose is to remove artefact due to participant movement in the PPI correlation results but I don’t know if it is correct to use the motion regressors in the PPI model. Thank you in advance.
