I have some questions about whole brain signals in resting-state fMRI:
1. What is whole brain signals in resting-state fMRI?
2. How to measure the whole brain signals?
3. Is there any study that establishes a neural, metabolic, or electrophysiological basis of the whole brain signals? In particular, the intrinsic brain activity, CBF/CBV?
