We are recruiting for a Schools Engagement Executive to join the Education Department of the Royal Society of Chemistry, based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will manage and develop a range of schools engagement services that offer support and enrichment for teachers and learners of chemistry.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Project management of schools engagement services, including budgeting, contracts, financial management, overseeing contractors, setting up and running meetings, quality assurance, reporting and communication;

·         Keeping up to date with relevant research and build and maintain links with sister societies, to develop knowledge in order to ensure our offering is informed by best practice and shared with others internally and our community;

·         Undertaking regular research and use analytics to monitor levels of engagement and satisfaction with our services, using these insights to drive activities that will optimise the value of our investment in supporting schools;

·         Investigating opportunities for extensions or spin-offs from our school engagement services with a view to supporting sustainability.

 

Salary: £28,623 - £31,803

Based in Cambridge
