Hi all

 

We are currently reviewing how our library reservation service is working, and we have a question around non-pick-up levels.

 

Currently about 20% of reservations are not picked up by library users, which we feel is pretty average. Can I ask what kind of figures for non-pick do other academic libraries have please?
