Dear Colleagues,

We have had many ERASMUS people coming over the year and we tended to select them from spontaneous CV + letter. As the job is mainly done in the library, I find it hard to train them.

Last year we have had a library school trainee from Berlin and I found it a lot more interesting/helpful.

We are trying to be a bit more proactive now and might send ERASMUS description of posts in library schools over Europe or some ERASMUS portal, not sure yet.

Has anyone ever done this? Am happy to send you my draft if the case.
