Dear all,

We used a 'graffiti wall' to capture student feedback about a refurbished area in our largest library. We only used it for a few weeks and moved it into different locations, responding daily by replying to comments on the board itself and following it up with a blog post: https://unisouthamptonlibrary.wordpress.com/2017/01/04/did-you-scribble-on-our-graffiti-wall/

Best wishes,

Subject: Student comments board

Dear colleagues,

I want to implement the use of a students comments board in our library. The idea I'm keen on is a 'graffiti board', students write comments on card and stick it on the board, staff inspect this board several times a day and leave answers. Obviously I don't want it to look tacky.

Has anyone used this in their respective libraries? What delivery method did you use? How effective has it been?

Thanks in advance,

Ian
