Dear colleagues,

If you acquire alternative/accessible formats for your users, do you have a standard form which your user must sign in order to agree to the provider's requirements – eg that the copy supplied via the library must not be further distributed by end user etc?

I am also wondering if colleagues would be able to share more generally on how they are acquiring alternative/accessible formats for users. I note that there was some useful discussion on this list back in January 2015 in response to the (then) proposed changes to DSAs but would be grateful if anyone is able to update how things may have changed for them in the two years since – or indeed if you have any other information to share.

Happy to summarise responses for the list.

Best wishes,
Ross
