Thank you very much, Matthew!
Yesterday I found that was the problem, but I accidentally only answered to Mark. I am sorry.

Nevertheless, my main problem is still there. Something appears to be wrong with different versions of FSL.
I was using fsl 5.0.1 until 2 days ago in a Mac computer and now I am using another Mac with the 5.0.9 version.

And when I push the "Estimate from data" button under FEAT Misc tab I get a completely different (and probably wrong) result for the noise level %:

Fsl 5.0.1 was giving me: Noise level %: 0.462065
                                        Temporal smoothness: 0.115217

Fsl 5.0.9 is gives me: Noise level %: -19881469952.000000
                                   Temporal smoothness: 0.115220

I tried in 2 different computers (one Mac and one Linux) using Fsl 5.0.9 and both are giving me that weird value for the noise level.

I attached the image in this link;

Do you know why this is happening?

Hello Raphael,
The linked image is a 4D file, fslstats only reports the x,y,z co-ordinates of the maximum voxel, you can find which volume by looking at the timeseries plot for this voxel ( for example ) which in this case is volume 50.

Hope this helps,
Kind Regards
Matthew
