Good morning everyone. I'm a beginner for analyzing MRI. I have 3 groups of subjects for DTI analysis. The group A, B, C had eight, 11, 12, respectively. I made a design.mat, design.con and design.fts like attaching file. (reference - https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FEAT/UserGuide#F-Tests). The result of tbss_fstat1.nii looked okay. However tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat1~3 looked almost all areas of FA_skeleton. I'm uncertain the results. Did I miss something in design matrix? I appreciate your concern. Best regard, Kim from South Korea.
