Dear FSL experts,

I'm trying to perform a TBSS repeated measure analysis. I have 100 subjects divided into 2 groups (patients and healthy controls) and 2 time point for each subject (pre and post treatment).

How can I model a design in order to study (1) within subject factor (time) and (2) the interaction between group and time?

Is mandatory to insert 100 EVs to define the subject or is possible just to specify it in the exchangeability block?
