I want to resample a 3D binary mask of size 233x233x158, 1mm isotropic to 92x92x56 2mm isotropic. I used ApplyXFM with the identity matrix. The problem is that the center of gravity is replaced at in the transformed image. How can I fix this or what would be the best way to do this transform?
